Is Not Upper Case Function

Public Function IsNotUpperCase( _
    ByVal vValue As Variant _
    ) As Variant

Return True if string vValue does NOT contain Upper Case characters; return False otherwise.

Examples: 
    IsNotUpperCase("abcdef 123456 !@#$%^") = True
    IsNotUpperCase("abcdef ABCDEF 123456") = False
    IsNorUpperCase("") = True

vValue: The string which is to be checked for the absence of upper-case alphabetic characters. Function returns Null if vValue is Null or cannot be fixed up to a String.
Algorithm: Function returns True if the string equals its lower-case equivalent.
Note: Function only works for characters in the ANSI Windows character set because it uses the built-in Visual Basic LCase$() function.
