Entisoft Tools License Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Entisoft, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement and Warranty.
Entisoft Tools Trial Edition
You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. Unregistered use of Entisoft Tools after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Trail Edition you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Trial Edition of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Trial Edition to anyone; and distribute the Trial Edition of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
Entisoft Tools Standard and Professional Editions
One copy of Entisoft Tools may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. Users of the Standard and Professional Editions of Entisoft Tools are allowed to freely distribute the Runtime Edition of Entisoft Tools along with their projects that require Entisoft Tools.
You may access Entisoft Tools through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if five different workstations will access Entisoft Tools on the network, each workstation must have its own Entisoft Tools license, regardless of whether they use Entisoft Tools at different times or concurrently.
You must not make versions of our functions available outside of your application program, such as in the form of a Windows DLL, ActiveX Control, COM Server, OLE Server, Excel Add-in, or via the Internet, no matter who wrote the documentation. You are prohibited from using our measurement conversion functions within any type of measurement conversion calculator program.
Entisoft Tools Professional Edition
You may include parts of our Visual Basic source code within your Visual Basic projects. You must not disclose our source code to others unless they also have an Entisoft Tools Professional Edition license that was issued by Entisoft. You must not distribute any of our documentation. You can include parts of our source code within your Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and other projects, as long as you distribute a version of your project that does not reveal our source code.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Entisoft Tools may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
US Government Restricted Rights:
The SOFTWARE and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software -- Restricted Rights 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
