Spells a number between 0 and 999 using English words.

Examples:
    SpellThreeDigitIntegre(112) = "One Hundred Twelve"
    SpellThreeDigitInteger(100) = "One Hundred"
    SpellThreeDigitInteger(34) = "Thirty-four"
    SpellThreeDigitInteger(5034) = "Thirty-four"
